What is a Bistro?
One version comes from the Russian word which means "quickly". Used in cabarets and cafes during the occupation of the Cossacks in Paris in 1814, it started to name small restaurants and bars.
Currently Bistros are small restaurants that serve food and drink at a fair price and refer to an informal and intimate atmosphere in which the owners maintain a close relationship with their customers.
About Amí Bistrô
In 2009 we started selling wine to friends, the following year we opened a kiosk in a mall. The growth came with the opening of the enoteca
The Best Wine in the World, on March 25, 2011, which for 5 years moved the market with many new features, becoming a benchmark for quality.
All of this took us to an even more important step, that of uniting the culture of wine with gastronomy. From this dream planned a few years ago, the Bistrô da Enoteca was born in 2016 and stood out in the gastronomic scene of the region.
With the success of our gastronomy, we realized that the experience at the Bistro was beyond wine and that we should offer other types of drinks and a more modern and cozy environment. What made us create the first Gin Bar in the region attached to the Bistro, and of course, that also with other international cocktail classics. Amí Bistrô was born in 2019, with a strong connection in art and music.
