Tutto Restaurante


The century-old colonial mansion, located in Reduto neighborhood and home to the Tutto Ristorante for over 16 years. The restaurant has a hall that has been transformed into a cozy lounge room, and an outdoor area divided into air-conditioned environment and outdoors, for up to 130 people.

The renowned chef Riccardo Riccio is on the frontline of the development and harmonization of the dishes of the restaurant that is based on the contemporary Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, blending with touches of French and oriental cuisine. But it is worth stressing that the flavors of the typical cuisine of northern Brazil, are also present in the Tutto Ristorante menu.

The highest point of the new service in Tutto Ristorante is the confit de canard with mango sauce and mashed orange, composed of a French duck thigh to orange sauce. Among other novelties, the restaurant still has the tambaqui grilled finished in a wood oven, accompanied by risotto Jambu and potatoes au gratin. Other options of flavors that are worth mentioning are the filet raspberry sauce, risotto with gorgonzola camembert, filled with raspberry jam, garnished with pieces of camembert melted and covered with roasted garlic, as well as fettuccine pasta with shrimp and burrata. And to accompany the dishes, the house offers on the wine list more than 40 labels.




Chef Riccardo Riccio

Riccardo Riccio is Italian, born at Marina di Camerota. When he was 7 years old, he was already walking around his family's restaurant in the town of Castel Saint Georgio and since then, his passion for cooking only grew. when he turned 21 years, he went to the city of Merano, where he graduated in Alberguera school, learning a little theory and improving his gastronomic skills.

Riccardo did several courses around the world and is currently the owner and chef of the renowned Tutto Ristorante, which was part of the Gastronomic Circuit VOP in 2013. Currently, the house has been completely remodeled and offers a new concept in cooking, structure and service.
