Regulation

We ask guests to observe the following recommendations:

1. Companions are not allowed to enter the apartments; any visit to the apartment will be charged the amount of the second guest and the document must be presented.

2. Breakfast is included in the rate, when served in the Hotel's breakfast room, from 6:30 am to 10:00 am;

3. The voltage of the city of Assis is 220 volts.

4. It is expressly forbidden to cook, wash and iron in the apartment, as well as use the windows to display clothes or accessories; 

5. It is requested that, after 22:00h, the maximum amount of silence is maintained; 

6. Guests are requested to communicate their departure to the hotel reception 1:00h in advance. A new daily rate will be charged for apartments that remain occupied after 12:00 (daily expiration time); 

7. Guests' clothes, when delivered for washing, must be marked in the bag provided in the apartment. The service is provided by the hotel's laundry and linen, which is not responsible for items whose fabrics fade or tear in the washing process; 

8. The hotel is not responsible for laundry left outside the apartment; 

9. Accommodation bills for guests with extended stays will be presented by the hotel receptionist on a weekly basis, or whenever deemed convenient; 

10. Any damage caused by the guest to the hotel's objects, furniture or utensils will be indemnified by the guest. In case of loss of the apartment key/key, a replacement fee will be charged; 

11. Clothes or belongings of guests forgotten anywhere in the hotel and found by employees will be kept for a maximum period of 3 months, after which the hotel reserves the right to give them the destinations it deems convenient; 

12. The hotel is not responsible for valuables, jewelry or equipment stored in the apartments.

Security Notes

A. Never give your apartment number to unauthorized, strange or untrustworthy people; 
B. Avoid exposing your apartment key in public areas or leaving it in a place that is easily accessible to strangers; 
C. Not opening your apartment door for unscheduled visits and not meeting hotel staff without your request. All employees will be properly uniformed and identified to meet their requests;
