We ask our guests to follow the following security protocols during their stay:
- Wear a mask in all social areas of the hotel. Remove the mask only after accommodation at the restaurant tables or on the poolside sun loungers.
- Maintain a 1,5m social distance from other guests.
- Hand hygiene whenever possible in our hygiene stations.
- Report any physical discomfort to our team, such as fever, shortness of breath or other symptoms related to COVID-19.
This hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms, however, it does provide individual safes installed in the apartments.
Use the “Do Not Disturb” or “Please fix this room” card so that we can serve you. Do not walk around the hotel in a wet bathing suit, in this case always use the bather's concierge.
Avoid any noise in the apartment area after 22 pm. The laundry service with clothes delivered until 00 noon with a return request for the same day will be delivered until 12:00 pm with an increase of 20% over the list prices.
We ask that you fill in the laundry list in your closet and request governance.
Any and all damage caused by the guest will be charged to your account. Always circulate with the Consumption Card, which is personal and non-transferable, whose use and custody is the sole responsibility of the guest. The services will only be provided after the presentation of the same, this measure is to avoid mistakes in the release of consumer bills in apartments and its loss must be immediately reported to the reception.
The departure time of the apartments is always at 12:00. If you need to extend your stay until 18 pm, an additional fee of 00% will be charged over the daily rate. After that time, the full night will be charged. We remind you that any change in the departure date must be communicated and verified with the reception, since the change will be subject to our availability of apartments.
The hotel is not responsible for damage to the vehicle or valuables left in them. We recommend that you request the bill at the reception 15 minutes in advance to facilitate your departure. Please return the key to reception at the exit of the hotel.

All outdoor pools are heated. The main pool at Casa Grande Hotel Resort & Spa is probably its biggest and most well-known postcard. With air-conditioned waters, it is surrounded by charming palm trees and flanked by large gardens with hammocks and rest areas.
