The commitment to quality, using the best fresh products on the market, in accordance with all established standards, is the main objective of the Restaurant.

The creation of the menu at Restaurante Atlântico Frutos do Mar sought not only to establish a list of dishes with conventional preparations, but also to present dishes with seafood that valued the quality of each product in terms of preparations, using specific cooking methods and utensils. Allied to these aspects, the emphasis on the correct seasoning for each type of dish, using the most varied fresh herbs and spices was another aspect in the design of the menu.

Among the various culinary utensils used, the “Cataplanas” stand out, a singular Portuguese culinary utensil typical of the Algarve region whose main characteristic is cooking, highlighting the flavors and aromas of delicacies.
